Our ministries Celebration Sundays @ 6:00p & 8:00p Life is worship. Whatever you love, treasure, value—that’s what you worship. The only choice we have is what, or whom, we will praise. At Celebration, we aim to equip Christians to worship God in everything they do. Through the preaching of the Word, we discover our God and His will for our lives, and we respond in worship—through music and through obedience—as our delight in God and our new life grows. College Small Groups meeting various nights The Christian life isn’t just about an individual and God—1 Peter says that we are built together, as living stones, into a monument—the church—the body of Christ. We believe... First Baptist Church is a evangelical Christian church existing to celebrate the living God, care for one another in Christ, cultivate growth in Christ, and communicate God’s love to the world. As a ministry we also encourage students to familiarize themselves with Desiring God, a ministry whose emphasis on enjoying God as our treasure we highly appreciate and whose (free) resources are extensive.
