palmsunday
Sunday, April 17 @ 10:30a
This Sunday we remember Jesus’ entry into Jerusalem, just as the prophets had foretold. Palm Sunday is a time to rejoice that our Savior has triumphed over sin, and a time to look forward to His second coming, when He will come for His people.
christ in the passover
Thursday, April 21 @ 7:00p, Room 103
This service will be extra-special this year as Jews for Jesus leads us in a hands-on explanation of how the Jewish Passover points to Jesus, the Lamb of God. Kids will especially enjoy getting to hold and taste the special Passover meal! Please RSVP with the office (805.543.0945) if you plan to come. (Nursery available.)
goodfriday
Friday, April 22 @ 6:30p
Good Friday is the day we remember Jesus’ crucifixion—the price that was paid so that we could be in God’s family. This service will give you time to pause and con- sider God’s love for you, shown in the sacrifice of His only Son. (Childcare available.)
holysaturday
Saturday, April 23
Many Christians set aside this day to reflect on the wonder that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, died for us. There won’t be any gatherings this day, to remind us that Christ lay in the tomb and His disciples mourned Him, not yet knowing the joy to come.

Saturday, April 23 @ 10:30p
With eager expectation, we gather (as Christians have for thousands of years) on the eve of Easter, and welcome it with joy! This special service is a wonderful way for adults and children to enter the joy of Easter.

Hilltop Service on Terrace Hill @ 8:00a
Easter Brunch in Rm 103 @ 9:00a
Sunday Service at FBC @ 10:30a
He is risen, indeed! The mourning of Good Friday and Holy Saturday is over and we celebrate Jesus’ victory over death. Our service on Terrace Hill will be a special way to celebrate (and we’ll have hot drinks to warm you up). Afterward swing by the Café to enjoy a delicious (and free!) homemade brunch before our 10:30a service.
This booklet provides you with daily readings for the week preceding Easter, a time the church has traditionally called "Holy Week." Each day has a family (or roommate) activity, and also personal devotions to help prepare your heart to rejoice on Easter!
Feel free to print this guide out; we'll have hard copies available on Sunday April 17th.
